Studies show drowsy‑driving crashes spike in the days immediately after the time change, as tired commuters struggle to adjust. Police and safety officials are urging drivers to slow down, stay alert, and give themselves extra time Monday morning.

Oscars for the First Time
The Academy Awards are Hollywood’s Super Bowl, not just a show people watch but an event people celebrate. This year, all eyes are on the history being made. Under the banner “Oscars: For the First Time,” we’re highlighting some of this year’s groundbreaking nominations. And for the first time in 25 years, a new category joins the race. Someone will walk away with the inaugural Oscar for Achievement in Casting, a milestone that reshapes how Hollywood recognizes the art of building a film's ensemble. The Oscars airs on ABC, Sunday, March 15th at 7pm/est.
